Any sales transaction above the Maximum Retail Price will result in immediate disciplinary review. This is non-negotiable.
MANDATORY: Written Approval Before Price Release
No price — quote, verbal, or digital — may be released to any customer without documented approval from a supervisor.
PROHIBITED: Unofficial Documents in SAP
Only official, authorized documents may be entered into SAP. WhatsApp messages and handwritten notes are strictly prohibited.

All received gifts above Rp 100.000 must be declared to the compliance team within 5 working days. No exceptions.
